Refund policy
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 3 days after placing the order. If the cancellation request is made before the package is shipped, the order can be canceled without any handling fee. However, once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
30-Day Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unworn and unused
In its original packaging
With proof of purchase (order confirmation / receipt)

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want your order and there is no fault with the product, we can accept a return under the following conditions:
Your return request is made within 30 days of the order date
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase
For change-of-mind returns:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@mymisspaper.com if:
Your item is defective or damaged, or You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund (no restocking fee applied in these cases).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition, unless there is a defect or issue with the product

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to:
Request a return for the original item (subject to the conditions and fees above), and
Place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
We will deduct the 15% restocking fee (for change-of-mind returns)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds typically appear within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
